- Optimization of an international customer support center: offshoring Level 1 support to Buenos Aires and implementing an organization capable of achieving “zero lost calls” in five languages. Interim management of the newly created structure.
- Design and presentation of the engineering and network infrastructure for the new Dubai Airport (2003). Validation of a project financing tranche on behalf of ADPi.
- Reduction of secure network infrastructure costs through the migration of X.25 links to a fully IP-based architecture: audit, planning and operational management of the migration.
- Operational cost optimization for a European IP operator: establishment of local branches in 10 countries, optimization of financial operations management costs (offshore team in Moldova, digitization and SAP data entry).

Vladimir Popesco, Founder
Before founding the company, Vladimir Popesco served for two years as Managing Director of a subsidiary and business unit within the LDCOM Group (which became the second-largest French telco operator after its consolidation into SFR).
Previously, he worked within the France Telecom Group, where he served as CTO of Voxtel (Orange Moldova), GSM operator and Moldovan subsidiary of Orange International, before taking responsibility for strategic initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he was responsible for telecommunications network development projects within the French Ministry of Defense after participating in the establishment of an expert team specializing in signal and image processing.
A graduate of École Polytechnique and Télécom Paris, Vladimir Popesco began his career in signal and image processing research for British Telecom.
